Yeah, I remember that post. Interestingly, a lot of the nutrients listed in romaine are part of the composition of neutrophils. (Unfortunately, what I didn’t know at the time was that fat is also a major player in the health of the adrenals). Actually, the Williams Hematology book has a few tables which showed the various amino acids, nucleotides, and enzymes in white cells, but I didn’t know how to list it in a practical fashion. Just goes to show how all those goodies that we eat really do make up all our cells and determines the quality of those cells.

BTW, I like your new little "last transfusion" counter! :o) I tried it out today, and it told me that my last transfusion was 2 years and 128 days ago. :o)
