Thats interesting. At Larrys first visit prior to finding out his blood counts were so low, the Dr. suspected he had a Thyroid problem. I believe the test came back o.k. but at this point cant say for sure. Larrys temp is always below normal..95 to 97.5 so maybe there is some connection between his temp, thyroid and how his bone marrow is functioning..Or maybe his low temp is because of his low blood count. Is a low temp common when you are fighting AA?? I need to get a copy of his medical records..I believe his iron level was also REALLY high at diagnosis. I am not a hematologist, so its unlikely I will able to put all the pieces together, but who knows?? No one else seems to be having much luck either.
