Thanks! I’ve heard of that before, too. Some people think it’s good for digestion. When I was a kid, my dad’s boss invited our family over for dinner sometimes. They were an Austrian family and always had wine with dinner even for all the children. I’ve heard little bits of things like that, but never really looked into it. I guess I will. . . :o)
I’m wondering, though, about the kind of wines used for health. I know that the old fashioned way of making wines are different from some of the new fandangled ways of making wine today. Or at least the yeast ferments are different, I think. What kind of wine do you use, Vanesa? You can write me privately if you like.
Oh, and just yesterday I was reading that for women, drinking more than 1/3 of the bottle can be damaging to the liver. I don’t know how accurate that is, and I wonder what kind of wines they tested? Hmm. I suppose limiting it to one glass should be less than 1/3 of the bottle. Heh.
